Collective Membership
The Collective Arts Incubator is a community first, a locale second. CAI is committed to providing space, materials, and opportunities to artists and creative entrepreneurs. We offer an array of options for affordable rates to enable the widest and most diverse membership base. Enrollment and all amenities are offered at the discretion of the Directors. Members must apply with work sample and email/letter of intent to join us at any level beyond Standard. Members at each successive level have access to a broader swathe of amenities, including those available at lower cost levels.
Coworker:
Our Coworking Lab provides communal worktables for co-working, small meetings, and temporary maker spaces! Coworker members can bring in their own materials and tools to develop personal or professional projects. The space includes laundry machines, a small kitchenette area, storage, and a full bathroom.
Partner:
Our small (200 sq ft), affordably priced private studios are flexible workspaces that can accomodate almost anything (office, art studio, small scale retail, and light manufacturing, etc.). Each unit includes a sink, storage, AC and WiFi. Utilities are included (unless you will install power-intensive machinery or computers). Collective members also share access to a shared workspace, bathroom, laundry facilities, and outdoor workspace.
Resident:
CAI Avenue 54 includes two micro apartments, a studio and a one/two bedroom. The apartments feature oversized kitchens, Restoration Hardware lighting, plentiful windows and skylights, PLUS oversized front patios for outdoor entertaining. Residents also have access to all of CAI’s amenities to build personal or professional projects close to home (studio is pictured here).
